I tried out for the part of Tevye, but this time around I lost out to a terrific actor named Perry Sites.

But I got to do the next part of Perchik, a young revolutionary who marries the second daughter.

Had a major crush on Laurie Crawford (Brearley) who played Hodel, and though the dating part never happened, we became very close friends, and still are to this day.

And I must credit Billie Rue Testa, the only vocal director to ever get me to sing a decent "E."
