Why on earth would anyone write a musical about the Amish?
I mean, are they really known for their singing and dancing?

This was my first featured role with the Saratoga Drama Group.
I had to play this stoic Amish guy (redundant, I know), who gets drunk in Act Two and lets loose. Of course I had nothing to draw from in my own life for this role.

And I REALLY loved wearing my beard with no moustache for six weeks.
